Upon checking with the two anticipated bids from the small businesses who said they were interested, one chose not to bid and the other inquired about the possibility of still bidding. Agreed to accecpt a bid after the close date, but let them know that the small business set-aside had been dissolved. Also sent another invitation to bid to the known other than small business in the area.
