San Juan National Forest, Haycamp Decks IRSC ---Amendment 0001--- The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the response date and time to April 20, 2020 at 1700 MT to allow interested parties more time for a self-guided site visit due to access issues. Please return a signed copy of the SF30 with your response. ---End of Amendment 0001--- This solicitation and any resultant contract is a stewardship project in accordance with Section 604 (16 USC 6591c) of Public Law 108-148 as amended by Section 8205 of Public Law 113-79, the Agricultural Act of 2014 which grants the Forest Service permanent authority to enter into stewardship contracts or agreements to achieve land management goals for the National Forests or public lands that meet local and rural community needs. Section 8205 supersedes the temporary authority granted to the Forest Service in section 347 of Public Law 105-277, the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Appropriations Act, 1999. The contract includes the following components: The Haycamp Decks stewardship contract is an Integrated Resource Services Contract (IRSC) covering 11 acres on the Dolores Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest within the Rock Springs Environmental Assessment Area. The legal description is portions of Section 6; Township 37 North; Range 13 West; Section 1, Township 37 North; Range 14 West, Sections 19, 20, 30, 38; Township 38 North; Range 13 West, Section 36, Township 38 North; Range 14 West. Montezuma County, Colorado, New Mexico Principal Meridian. This project includes an estimated volume of 875 CCF Sawtimber and 421 CCF POL. A site visit is not scheduled for this project.
