This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS20Q0039 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management Services with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $20.5 million. This is a requirement for commercial and plantation thinning for the San Juan National Forest. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached. Evaluation shall be made on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2.
