San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District, FY 2021 Fuels Implementation Units, Class II Cultural Resources Inventory This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS20Q0020 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $22 million. This is a requirement for class II cultural resource inventory for the San Juan National Forest. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached. Evaluation shall be made on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Quoters must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541720 as a small business in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM or return a fully executed Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Dec 2019) FAR clause 52.212-3 with their quote.
