Please provide responses no later than May 15, 2020 at 1700 MT. ---End of Update: April 21, 2020--- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS20Q0017 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management Services, with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $20.5 million. This is a requirement for mechanical fuels reduction services n(mastication) for the San Juan National Forest. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached. Evaluation shall be made on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
