This solicitation and any resultant contract is a stewardship project in accordance with Section 323 of Public Law 108-7 (16 U.S.C. 2104 Note, as revised February 28, 2003 to reflect sec. 323 of J.J. Res. 2 as enrolled), the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003, amending Public Law 105-277, sec. 347. The contract includes the following components: The Phoenix Integrated Resource Stewardship Contract (IRSC) project is located on the Mancos-Dolores Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest within the Chicken Creek Environmental Assessment (EA) area. The Chicken Creek EA is located on the eastern end of the district and road access into the area is via FSR 385. The project will consist of approximately 162 acres of treatment. The estimated magnitude of the service component of this project is less than $25,000. A site visit may or may not be scheduled. Details of a potential site visit will be provided with the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 10, 2019. Offer due date and time will be listed in the Solicitation.
