San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District, Class III Cultural Resource Survey, Lone Pine Environmental Assessment Phase 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS19Q0008 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $20.5 million. Wage Decision WD 15-5435 Rev. 9 for Dolores County CO will apply to this acquisition. This is a requirement for class III cultural resource inventory for the San Juan National Forest. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached. Evaluation shall be made on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (formally CCR and ORCA). Quoters must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541720 as a small business in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM or return a fully executed Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Oct 2018) FAR clause 52.212-3 with their quote.
