The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation, materials, and equipment to successfully complete the project. The solicitation will include Base Project, plus two optional wells. The well driller must be licensed in the State of Kansas. Project Location: Cimarron National Grasslands, Morton County, Kansas. Price Estimate: Between $25,000 and $100,000 A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held. Date and Time will be indicated on the Solicitation. This project is small business set aside. Solicitation will be posted on or about August 17, 2020. Offerors are required to be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance withh FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management (Oct 2018).
