PSICC Certified Water Operator FY19 The Pike and San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands (PSICC) is planning to solicit for a contract for the operation, testing and routine maintenance of the PSICC administrative and public water systems. The contract will include a base year with four one year optional years. The Operator Responsible in Charge (ORC) shall meet minimum qualifications. The ORC will be required to travel to each system on a weekly basis and perform operational adjustments, sampling, maintenance and administrative paper work for each system. Location of the systems are within the following counties: El Paso, Park, Pueblo, Baca and Otero counties. Operator Responsible in Charge (ORC) Qualifications: ORC shall have a current operator and distribution license within the State of Colorado. Shall have a minimum of 3 years of documented experience with the following treatment types of equipment: 1) Membrane Filtration, 2) Granular Activated Carbon, 3) Cation or Anion exchange Technology, 3) Cartridge Filtration and 4) Chlorination using sodium hypochlorite. Shall possess a minimum of a Class B operator's license and a Class 1 distribution license within the State of Colorado.
