This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionnal information included in this notice. See attached solicitation documents. Description of Work - The US Forest Service has a requirement for routine janitorial services (toilet facilities cleaning) to include management, supervision, personnel, transportation, labor, equipment and supplies to clean the toilet facilities located in the areas listed in the schedule of items and shown on the vicinity map. Start Work Date: Work is estimated to start May 24, 2019 and continue thru November 17, 2019 for the Base Year, and similar dates for the Option Years. The actual start work date is dependent upon the date Independence Pass opens to traffic. Location: San Isabel National Forest, Leadville Ranger District, Lake County, Colorado. The restroom facilities are located on top of Independence Pass, Colorado Highway 82 (Elevation 12,095 feet). Scheduled Pre Bid/Site Visit: NONE Only email submissions of proposals will be accepted. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any amendments. All questions must be received no later than April 08, 2019 COB. All questions must contain reference to the solicitation number and submitted via email to idamarino@fs.fed.us.
