This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Description of Work - The US Forest Service has a requirement for routine janitorial services (toilet facilities cleaning) to include management, supervision, personnel, transportation, labor, equipment and supplies to clean the toilet facilities at various campgrounds on the Salida Ranger District. Start Work Date: Work is estimated to begin June 01 2019 and continue thru October 31 2019 for the Base Year. Option Years, if exercised time for performance is from November 1 thru October 31 for the applicable year. Location: San Isabel National Forest, Salida Ranger District, Chaffee County, Colorado. Scheduled Pre Bid/Site Visit: None Only email submissions of proposals will be accepted. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) IAW FAR 52.204-7. For those who fail to meet these requirements, will not be considered for award. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any amendments.
