NOTE: The Site Visit on August 5th, 2025 at 10:00 am MT has been CANCELLED. A new Solicitation will be posted within the coming week(s) to provide new dates for the Site Visit, Questions, and Proposal Due dates. Work for this project consists of re-roofing the Brush Creek/Hayden Office located at the Saratoga District Office Administrative Site on the Brush Creek/Hayden Ranger District in Saratoga, WY. This work includes the complete demolition of existing roof coverings and underlayment and full replacement with new underlayment and a new 24-gauge (minimum) Structural Standing Seam Roof System (SSSRS). This work shall also include removing and disposing of all waste materials associated with this work, and cleanup of the site throughout each workday. All work shall adhere to industry standards, local building code requirements, and manufacturer installation recommendations.
