Presolicitation notice The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive occupational medical examination program for Region 2, Law Enforcement and Investigation employees. The general medical and occupational history review and general physical examinations provide the basis for the medical determination/status of employees to perform the essential functions of arduous duty positions and disclose any health issues that may prevent the effective performance of official duties. Place of Performance: The contractor must be able to provide services in Colorado, Kansas, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Nebraska – to include rural cities per the USFS, Region 2 Website: Region 2 - Home (usda.gov). Region 2, Law Enforcement and Investigations personnel are located in the following cities and need an accessible clinic, no further than 100 miles. A detailed spreadsheet of Region 2 employees, contact information, and closest city will be provided to the Contractor, there are exemptions to some employees who are further than 100 miles.
