Please see the following attachments: Amendment 0002 attachment, Attachment 1, Revision 1, Statement of Work and Revision 1 Solicitation **AMENDMENT 0001 - Consolidated questions and answers, please see Amendment 0001 attachment** Project Title: Road Repaving – Copper Creek, Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest, Montana 1. Background: The project consists of rehabilitation of existing asphalt as well as portions of new pavement. Specific improvements to Forest Road 330, M.P. 0.0-2.80 include, but are not limited to pulverizing existing asphalt; new pavement over pulverized base; new pavement sections; replacing base and subbase in select areas; culvert replacement; new chip seal; placing dust palliative from M.P. 2.8 to 4.75; and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the manufacturer’s shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-14) and Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS). 2. Project Location: The project site is located in the Lincoln Ranger District of the Helena-Lewis & Clark National Forest - approximately 7 miles west of Lincoln in Lewis and Clark County, Montana. Refer to the location map on the title sheet of the plans.
