The precast concrete toilet buildings (CXT buildings) were all installed professionally and painted at the LB Foster plant prior to installation. Weather, mountain environments, and public use have caused wear and tear on both the exterior and interior of the buildings. This contract is for painting CXT buildings. The work includes patching small cracks, sealing gaps between precast concrete panels, patching holes and damage to interior walls, painting interior walls, floors, and ceilings; painting doors’ and painting the exterior of the CXT buildings located across the White River National Forest (WRNF). The goal is to have professionally painted CXT buildings that will prolong the life of these buildings. All painted areas will have 2 coats of paint applied to the surface.
