The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals (except Government-provided sources) to perform all work specified herein. The work consists of replacing the reinforced concrete box culvert on Forest Service Road NFSR 779-1 at Horse Creek crossing. The project is located on the Medora Ranger District in Slope County, ND. Work shall include demolition of an existing 4 sided box culvert, regrading and armoring existing road approaches, installation of 20’ span, 7’ rise precast reinforced concrete box culvert. All work shall be in accordance with the supplied drawings, specifications and bid schedule Amendment 0001 - Answer Questions, Establish Site Visit Date, and Update PoP. Amendment 0002 - Extend Proposal Due Date to November 7th, 2022
