Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

For this contract, hereinafter, the Forest Service will be referred as the Government. The Contractor shall furnish everything necessary, including but not limited to all supervision, labor, equipment... The Contractor shall furnish everything necessary, including but not limited to all supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals to perform weed control services, except for those items identified herein as Government -furnished property. The Contractor shall perform services on (a) the Red River Ranger District - Nez Perce Clearwater National Forests. Weed control services include, but are not limited to, (a) identification of infestations by survey, (b) application of herbicides, and (c) mapping anding services.
