The Mountain Home Ranger District on the Boise National Forest is requesting quotes for a firm-fixed priced purchase order for the 2022 Boise Forest Inventory survey. The Forest Service proposes to contract for technical forestry services to conduct the field phase of a stand exam project. The stand exam will provide the Government with natural resource information for forested and other lands at an intensity required for management decisions. This solicitation includes a totat of 1,438 forest inventory plots that which utilizes a modifidied Common Stand Exam (CSE) Quick Plot fromat. CSE plots include data collecton for small trees, large trees, and standing dead trees. Further details for data colletion methods and requirements are found under technical requirements in the detailed statement of work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examations in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitaion.
