S - Utilities and housekeeping services (2) Subject. SRD ANRA-SMV Waste & Recycle Multi-Year (3) Description. The USDA FS is soliciting to contract a single-award multi-year firm fixed-price contract for trash collection and recycling services at 14 locations spread throughout the Sulphur Ranger District (SRD) Arapaho National Recreation Area (ANRA) under the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grasslands (ARP) in Grand County, CO. (4) Synopsis Period. 19 September 2019 through 23 September 2019 (5) Contracting Office Address. 2150 Centre Avenue, Bldg. E Fort Collins, CO 80526 (6) Product or Service Code. S205, Housekeeping - Trash/Garbage Collection (7) NAICS Code. 562111, Solid Waste Collection (8) Set-aside Status. Not Applicable. This is an unrestricted solicitation. (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1282AT19R0014 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 19 September 2019 - 23 September 2019. All solicitation documents are posted to FBO under the solicitation number (see item 9 above). (11) Site Visit. See item 12. (12) Pre-proposal Conference. A pre-proposal and Government hosted site visit is not anticipated for this project. (13) Contact Point or Contracting Officer. All questions pertaining to this upcoming solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email to these contacts. (14) Place of Contract Performance. The work location includes 14 sites throughout the Sulphur Ranger District in Colorado. Grand County. See solicitation terms, section C.3 for location details. (15) Contract Type: Single Award, Multi-Year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Stand Alone Contract. (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and four (4) option years. The base period is anticipated for award (on or about 27 September 2019) through 30 September 2020. Award of the optional periods are not guaranteed and are always subject to funding availability. The option years will be effective 1 October through 30 September. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 27 September 2019 (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be: Between $100,000.00 and $125,000.00. This magnitude considers the following: Timeline (Base period plus 4 option years). (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for this single-award IDIQ. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7. To register, go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1. (20) Additional Information. (20.i) Solicitation 1282AT19R0014 (Replaced 1282AT19R0012). This solicitation is not meant to replace any existing contracts currently supporting the SRD at this time. Contractors with existing awards for specific work are still welcome and encouraged to bid on this project. (20.ii) Bonding. Bonding is not required for this contract and is not anticipated for any future awarded task orders. (20.iii) Cutoff for Questions and Answers. The cutoff for questions pertaining to this solicitation is Friday, 20 September 2019 NLT 1630 MT. Questions must be submitted via email to klenise.wallace@usda.gov and jodi.king@usda.gov.
