An Amendment answering all pertinent questions will be issued by 1700 PM Eastern Time on 17 September 2026. Offers are due no later than 1700 PM Eastern Time on 21 September 2026. The Government is looking to award a single Indefinite Delivery/indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract to a single contractor who offers the best value to the Government. Due to the nature of the required services described herein, the Government has determined that only one (1) ID/IQ contract will be awarded as a result of these Request for Quote (RFQ) procedures.
