This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i)The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1282A725Q0026 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. (ii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular _25-03_ and are included in Attachment 3 of this announcement. (iii)This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333515. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is 500 employees. (iv)A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is listed in Attachment 2 to this announcement. (v)The government has a need for the delivery and assembly of a CNC Plasma Table and Oxy-Fuel Cutting System, installation of software required to operate the system and training on the use of the system in accordance with the Statement of Work, Attachment 1 of this announcement.
