Description Job Corps Centers serve students, and thus require life safety systems to be operational at all times to ensure safety of building occupants in the event of an emergency. This effort will provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, instruments, meters, gauges, test equipment, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform inspection and testing (IT) for the Fire Alarm Systems (FA) for the Mingo Job Corps Center located in Puxico, Missouri. Contractor will conduct yearly Fire Detection and Alarm System Inspection and Testing in according with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements regarding worker safety while performing work at the Center. This project is located at the Mingo Job Corps Center campus located approximately 3 miles west of Puxico, Missouri. The address is 4253 State Hwy T., Puxico, Missouri 63960. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete all Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems shown in the Schedule of Items and Performance Work Statement. 1. Introduction. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and is not a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. If a competitive solicitation is issued in the future, it will be announced via The System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov and interested parties must comply with that announcement.
