This requirement will be a base plus four (4) option year contract. Annual fire alarm inspections services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor will conduct yearly Fire Detection and Alarm System Inspection and Testing in according with all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements regarding worker safety while performing work at the Center. This project is located at the Trapper Creek Job Corps Center Campus located approximately 10 miles south of Darby, Montana. The address is 5139 West Fork Rd, Darby, Montana 59829. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete all Inspection and Testing Of Fire Alarm Systems shown in the Schedule of Items.
