Hazardous Materials Assessment and Hazardous Waste Inventory of eight (8) government buildings by a State of Oregon Accredited individual for the identification, handling, and disposal of hazardous waste. Contractor shall provide documentation of training certifications and accreditation, as required by the State of Oregon – Department of Environmental Quality, for asbestos and lead based paint inspection. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all applicable Federal, State and local permits and payment of associated fees.
