This solicitation is for U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service Job Corps Outreach and Admissions and Career Transition Services (OA/CTS) for the Philadelphia Region supporting Job Corps Civilian Conservation Centers located in the States of Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia.
