Part I, Section III, Coefficient Rate has been revised with clarifying language (p.5). Part III, Basic Description, Section A, has been revised to add clarifying language on the duration of a Task Order, Section D, has been revised to provide clarifying language regarding the use of over-time (p.13). Addition to Part IV, Quote Submission requirements, Section V, first bullet, Number 2: Vendor shall include 3 professional references (name and email) with their quotes. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number 1282A723Q0005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. (iv) This solicitation is a total 8(a) BD program set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 561320 and the small business size standard is $30,000,000.00. (v) Line Item 0001 Temporary Services – Period of Performance One (1) year; Line Item 0002 Temporary Services – Period of PerformanceThree (3) month Option Period. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a the stated addenda to the clause.
