All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits for the work summarized as follows: Removal of existing windows and installation of new windows in the Dining Hall Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects: Between $25,000 and $100,000 This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $16.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-09-10, Award will be a firm fixed price contract.
