The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $16.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-09-10, Award will be a firm fixed price contract.
