Background: Timber Lake has two walk-in refrigerators and two walk-in freezers. One refrigerator and one freezer upstairs, one refrigerator one freezer downstairs. All doors need replacement, the doors are currently unserviceable and pose a safety hazard to staff and students. The doors and all hardware, seals and heaters do not function. This is causing ice to build up inside the cooler on all surfaces. Also, this causes doors to freeze shut while personnel are inside or outside the freezer. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-09-10, Award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) a written solicitation will not be issued The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811310, the small business size standard is $8 million. Project location: This project is located at the Timber Lake Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 28 of miles from Estacada Oregon in Clackamas County.
