This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 1282A721Q4001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall provide all supplies and materials necessary to provide a 50-Ton Folding Gooseneck Trailer meeting the minimum specifications listed in Part III of this solicitation to the Anaconda Job Corps Center (JCC), and ensure the effective performance of all supplies as specified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ). Delivery is expected to be within 140 days After Date of Contract (ADC).
