This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will no be issued. 1282A721Q0100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), using NAICS code 238220 size standard of $16.5 million. This RFQ is set aside as a small business set aside. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/03-10-2021. The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has a requirement for the repalcement of walk-in cooler and freezer doors for the Timber Lake Job Corps Center in Estacada, OR. This requirement also requires the removel and disposal of the old doors. The full RFQ is in the attached document. Responses are due June 16, 2021 at 1:00PM EST.
