Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: 1. Clean and prep interior painted surfaces as shown on the drawings, that have been smoke and soot damaged. Prime/seal and paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, and trim. Two colors will be chosen by the Center POC from the manufacturer’s full palate. Area to be painted is approximately 520 SF floor plan area, walls are 10 feet high, with an approximate painted wall surface area of 1,350 square feet. Contractor shall verify all quantities prior to bidding and/or ordering materials. LOCATION A. This project is located at the Wolf Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located 12 of miles from Glide, OR in Douglas County. The address is 2010 Opportunity Lane, Glide, OR 97443.
