The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has a requirement for Dental Services for the Mingo Job Corps Center; Puxico, MO. The required services include dentist, dental hygentist, and dental assistant. The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through the Sam.gov website at https://sam.gov/ on or around August 15, 2021. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the Sam.gov website. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Sam.gov website. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This requirement is being solicited under FAR 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as authorized by FAR 13.000, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 13.106-2 (b). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHINCAL CAPABILITY PAST PERFORMANCE PRICE Notice to Potential Quoters: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. NOTE 2: Notice to Quoters: Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a Quoter for any costs.

No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. This is not a Solicitation and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to compete and perform service under a contract for the attached Performance Work Statement. A Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation and firm fixed priced contract is contemplated depending upon the responses to this synopsis. This synopsis summarizes the requirements for the contractor to provide basic dental services at Mingo Job Corp Center (JCC) in Puxico, MO. Mingo JCC is located at 4253 State Hwy. T, Puxico, MO 63960. The contractor shall perform basic dental services at the Mingo JCC in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. All responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contract Specialist, Tracy Doud at tracy.doud@usda.gov. At minimum responses should include a capabilities statement, and a DUNS or CAGE code.
