Removal of Carpet in Stairway and “DJ Booth” Approximately 210 sq ft replaced with commercial grade carpet supplied by contractor. No current base trim to be removed. Installation of Life Proof Laminate Cottonwood Valley Beige and Grey flooring over current VCT Tile, approximately 1482 sq ft. Installation of MDF ½”x 3 ¼” x 120”” Base Trim approximately 263 linear ft. Installation of 5 - 2”x 36” and 1- 2” x 72” MD Transition Strip. Base to Laminate needs to be sealed by Contractor. Construction grade color match sealant and caulking provided by contractor. Materials to be installed excluding carpet will be provided by Curlew Job Corps. Disposal will be provided by Curlew Job Corps, Dumpster will be placed outside building for easy access. Wall and paint repairs are completed by Curlew Job Corps after installation is complete. Door alterations will be corrected by Center. 2. Dorm 2 - Building 1324 First Floor, see attached map highlighted for layout. Removal of existing carpet approximately 1210 Sq Ft and removal of Cove Base approximately 320 Linear Feet. Installation of Life Proof Laminate Cottonwood Valley Beige and Grey flooring approximately 1210 sq ft. Installation of MDF ½”x 3 ¼” x 120” Base Trim approximately 320 linear ft. Installation of 15 - 2”x 36” Transition Strip, Base to Laminate needs to be sealed by Contractor. Base to Laminate needs to be sealed by Contractor. Construction grade color match sealant and caulking provided by Contractor, all other materials to be installed provided by Curlew Job Corps. Installation of MDF ½”x 3 ¼” x 120” Base Trim approximately 168 linear ft Installation of 6 - 2”x 36” and 2- 2” x 72” Transition Strip. Base to Laminate needs to be sealed by Contractor.
