Work includes the following: Males Laundry (2 Water Heaters) 1. Remove existing water heaters (75 gallon, expansion tanks, venting, and seismic strapping ? dispose off site. 2. Install 2 new 100 gallon water heaters, with a rated capacity of at least 199,000 BTU’s/hr and a recovery of at least 193,000 BTU’s/hr. 3. Install 2 new 4.5 gallon expansion tanks. 4. Install new seismic strapping. 5. Install new PVC venting for intake and exhaust 6. Work includes miscellaneous piping, valves and connections for a complete, working system. 7. 3?year warranty on water heater tank. Bridger Dormitory (2 Water Heaters) 1. Remove existing water heaters, expansion tanks, venting, and seismic strapping ? dispose off site. 2.
