Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Incorporate the following Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause. 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item. (MAR 1989) The Government may require the delivery of the Optional Item(s) 0001, 0002 & 0003 identified in the Schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the Schedule. The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days from contract award. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree. The offeror shall return the following documents with your quote to be considered responsive to this solicitation: 1. Offeror shall submit Section B Pricing. 2. Offeror shall acknowledge all amendments on the SF 1442 3. Past Performance Document, Offeror shall submit 3 references for projects of similar size, scope and dollar value (completed in the past 5 years) including company names and points of contact with current/verified telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Amendment 0002- 01/05/2021 Extend the response date to January 18th, 2021 5 Pm PST See attached SF 30 Amendment 0001- 12/08/2020 Attached missing SF 1442 Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery and all necessary valid licenses for the work summarized as follows: a. Remove and replace 10 doors in Custer Dormitory. b. Remove and replace 10 doors in Bridger Dormitory. c. Remove and replace 10 doors in Donner Dormitory. d. Remove and replace 10 doors in Apache Dormitory. LOCATION A. This project is located at the Weber Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. The address is 7400 Cornia Dr., Odgen, Utah 84405.
