The Government is hoping to identify vendors capable of providing a stand-alone solar charging station for electric vehicles. As part of this process, this notice is seeking information from vendors to determine which companies have the skills and interest to support this effort. The necessary salient characteristics needed in support of this requirement are, as follows: 3.5-4.5KW Solar Array Capability 20-30Wh Battery Storage Sun Tracking Heavy Ballast Pad Night Lighting Enclosed Electronics 4G WIFI Capability or later Stow Kit Load Sharing and Dynamic Charging Capabilities Emergency Power Panel 120/240 VAC Outlets Please note, this is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought notice. Responses are for informational purposes only; this IS NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government may engage Vendors that respond to this notice by seeking further information about capabilities or even an 8(a) direct award. All responses must be submitted via email to the Government Point of Contact listed below. Vendor submissions must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on 08/15/2020.
