This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562112. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 41.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, Award will be a firm fixed price IDIQ contract.
