Issued: April 20, 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13, in conjunction with FAR 36 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238220. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is 16.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01-15, Award will be a firm fixed price contract.
