The US Forest Service WO-AQM Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for Substance Abuse Counseling Services for multiple Forest Service Job Corps Centers. The required services include Substance Abuse Counselor. The complete solicitation package will be attached and made available only through https://beta.SAM.gov/ on or around February 27, 2020. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from www.beta.SAM.gov . Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on beta.SAM.gov. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This requirement is being solicited under FAR 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as authorized by FAR 13.000, and will be issued as a small-business set-aside, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. Multiple awards are possible, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 16.504. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: PRICE PAST PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL CAPABILITY Notice to Potential Quoters: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. NOTE 2: Notice to Quoters: Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a Quoter for any costs. A firm-fixed contract(s) is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation a Base Year and four (4) Option Years to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
