This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 1282A720Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. This acquisition will not be set aside and is unrestricted. The Small Business Set Aside Standard for NAICS Code 333992 is 1250 employees. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment (except as otherwise specified herein); and plan, schedule, and coordinate as necessary to provide a Brand name or equal to Torchmate 4400 to Boxelder Job Corps Center (JCC), to ensure effective performance of all supplies as specified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ). Delivery is expected to be 30 days After Date of Contract (ADC). No mileage or compensation will be allowed for travel to and from the Boxelder JCC.
