Payment: The contract lump sum price as shown in the Schedule of Items includes all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals to remove existing casement windows and replace with twenty-six (26) tan, double-pane vinyl windows, single hung, 1/1 (no bars in insulated glass), low e, argon, screens. Window sizes are as follows: (2) 24"x45", (16) 30"x45", (4) 78"x44", (4) 45"x38". Replace any rotted wood or trim around windows with unpainted wood. Dispose of old windows and other materials.
