This project is located in Payson Ranger District, Tonto National Forest, Gila County, Arizona. All work under this contract is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract using RFQ Best Value-Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small business Size Standard is $13.0 Million under NAICS code 23899. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal Contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov No site visit is planned at this time. Pre-Bid Meeting date and location to be announced in solicitation. The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or after July 2, 2019.
