This solicitation replaces 12817319Q0006, which was cancelled due to change in the scope. The government tested the building for asbestos for which none was found, therefore, the scope has changed to remove that portion of work. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contracts under the Request For Quotations using Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) format. All work under these contracts are subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238150 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $15.0 million. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov and have a DUNS number.
