This project is located on the Lakeside Ranger District near Clay Springs in Navajo County. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contracts under the Request For Quotations using Best Value - Tradeoff with evaluation factors. All work under these contracts are subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 237110 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million PSC: Z2NE. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov and have a DUNS number.
