The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Construction of Water Fill Stands and other water related infrastructure. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contracts under the Request For Quotations format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. The locations of the work will be Chevelon (Coconino County) and Big Lake (Apache County). All work under these contract are subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 237110 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov and have a DUNS number.
