USDA Forest Service has a requirement for Janitorial Services for Flagstaff Ranger District, Flagstaff, AZ. 86004 This solicitation is a set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 561720 ($18.0 Million and below). Award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). a. Technical Capability b. Past Performance, and c. Price Per FAR Clause 52.212-1(g), "Contract Award", the Forest Service intends to award the contract resulting from this RFP without discussions, though the Forest Service Reserves the right to hold discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Base-Year. Options to extend the contracts for 4 one-year periods will be included. The anticipated base-year will be approximately October 1, 2019 - September 30, 2020 The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after June 25, 2019. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the requirement for Biobased Product requirements in the performance of janitorial services (https://www.biopreferred.gov/BioPreferred/). Pre-Quotation Site Visit: All vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the Site Visit tentatively scheduled for the week of July 8-12, 2019 to be announced in the solicitation.
