The USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff, Arizona, has a requirement for removal and replacement of 1,500 feet of existing guardrail sections with new materials as well as the repair of a guardrail terminal cable as designated by the Contracting Officer Representative on Forest Service Road FSR 516 (Snowbowl Rd). This project also includes options for a tangent type guardrail terminal, guardrail buffer terminal object markers, and an additional 200 feet of guardrail replacement. Location from Flagstaff, AZ take HWY 180 approximately 6.6 miles NW to FSR 516/Snowbowl Rd. Project is located at the junction of FSR 516 and HWY 180 and continues 6.98 miles to the entrance of Snowbowl. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations format using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 237310 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $36.5 Million or less. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
