This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B25Q0090 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating with a business size of $9.5 Million. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase services for Pesticide/Fungicide Aerial Application for Fiscal Year 2025, Clay Center, Nebraska. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents. In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
