This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B25Q0082 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing with a business size of 1,250 employees. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase an Optical Seed Sorter for Fargo, North Dakota. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents.
